You will be assessed using both a biomechanical physiotherapy assessment as well as with Redcord to assess strength of key muscles.
How does Redcord treatment differ from other physiotherapy treatments?

Redcord treatments are all one-on-one. We address pain, mobility and strength, and can work on multiple areas within one treatment.
How does Redcord differ from other suspension systems?
- Redcord allows for multiple points of suspension. With the Redcord system, we can completely suspend the body to target and isolate the deep stabilizing muscles.
